About

Body, Voice & Belonging

Move. Listen. Create.

What becomes possible when you create space to slow down, listen inward, and follow your curiosity?

Join a small group for two days of Feldenkrais® movement, sound, songwriting, journaling, reflection, and connection — exploring new ways to feel, express, and belong.

No writing or music experience is needed.

Weekend Flow

Friday | 12:00–7:30 PM

Arrival and lunch, Feldenkrais® movement followed by guided walking, embodied voice and sound exploration with shruti, and songwriting with guest facilitator Cate Armstrong.

Retreat sessions through approximately 6:00 PM, followed by a shared dinner.

Optional song circle | 8:00–9:00 PM

Saturday | 9:00 AM–2:30 PM

Breakfast for overnight guests at 8:00-8:45 AM, morning qigong, Feldenkrais® movement and integration, creative reflection, lunch, and closing circle.
