This series is designed to help you move with less effort, greater coordination, and increased comfort in everyday life.
Through gentle, guided movement explorations, you’ll be invited to notice how you move, discover new options, and develop greater ease and clarity in your body. The emphasis is not on stretching, fixing, or performing, but on learning — at your own pace — how movement can become more efficient, comfortable, and adaptable.
This series is cumulative, with each class building on the last, supporting deeper awareness and integration over time

No prior experience with Feldenkrais or movement practices is required. Movements are gentle and adaptable for a wide range of bodies and abilities.
The Feldenkrais® Method is an educational approach to movement and awareness developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. It is based on the idea that by improving how we move, we can improve how we feel, function, and respond to life.
In Awareness Through Movement® lessons, participants are verbally guided through gentle movement sequences that support:
Rather than correcting or pushing the body, Feldenkrais emphasizes curiosity, sensing, and learning — allowing changes to emerge naturally.
Each class is approximately 45-60 minutes and is taught verbally, without demonstration. Movements are slow, gentle, and exploratory.
Because this is a series, participants often notice changes unfolding gradually over the weeks — in posture, breathing, coordination, and overall ease of movement.
