YOUU-n-US Mission Statement

At YOUU-NESS, we believe that true wellness should be accessible to everyone. YOUU-n-US is our initiative to help bridge the gap in holistic bodywork by creating an equitable space for healing, education, and empowerment. Through pay-what-you-can services and community outreach, we ensure that high-quality bodywork is available to all at YOUU-NESS, regardless of background or financial status. Because wellness isn’t just for one—it’s for YOU and US."

"Pay-What-You-Can" Wellness Days: Biweekly on Wednesdays from 10 AM to 1 PM, we will offer donation-based bodywork to the community. NO APPOINTMENTS. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Session times will vary and may range from 5-10 minutes to 90 minutes. Priority is given to those with financial need, allowing us to extend our reach and support to those who may benefit most from these offerings within our offered time.
Service Rate Discounts: We offer package options (5-packs at 10% off and 10-packs at 15% off). While memberships are no longer available, you can request a 10% discount if needed and/or attend our donation days.
Nonprofit Support: Once per quarter (3 months), we offer complimentary sessions to one local nonprofit whose clients and/or staff could benefit from cost free massage and bodywork. Email us at info@youuness.com or call 805-996-0202 if you have recommendations.
Sponsorships: If you would like to sponsor an individual in need of services, please contribute to the sponsorship donation jar on the office counter or write a check out to YOUU-NESS and write "YOUU-n-US Sponsorship" on it.

Massage & Bodywork
Time and space for mindful activities (i.e. art, writing, journaling, and meditation, reading)

Receive a massage. Try Myofascial Release. Color. Draw. Journal. Write a poem or song. Meditate. Or just be!

We are asking for this to be a silent or quiet space. Turn off cell phones. Time and activities flow organically. Therapist availability will vary depending on activities and demand. No appointments necessary.
